To enhance our highly desirable resort style environment by providing community preferred amenities, facilities and services through responsible resource management.  Remain a financially sound community.


Our Guiding Principles

• Leadership & Advocacy: Proactively work to improve the community. Represent the entire community, prioritizing the majority’s views over personal opinions.  Welcome new ideas. 

• Transparency, Communication and Feedback: Operate openly and with integrity in all interactions. Regularly communicate and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

• Service and Participation: Enhance community life and its value, seeking individuals with expertise and positive intent for collaboration. 

• Representation and Growing the Next Generation: Educate and train future board & committee members to ensure smooth transitions and effective governance.
