Our priorities

In April 2025, two Board Directors were elected, each for a three-year term (i.e., Pat McCarthy and Lance Tucker). In May 2025, new officers were elected, each for a one-year term. More details on each can be found here.

Along with regular maintenance of property, buildings, roads, restaurants, and golf course, our team is hard at work on several projects:

• Finalizing our 2026 operating budget (November 2025).
• Completing the renovation/move-in of The Commons (March/April 2026).
• Planning a small pilot program to test whether golf cart access at the Suscito and Baker Drives intersection (through to 130th Drive) could work safely and effectively (exact timing TBD; targeting sometime during 2026).

The Board is also exploring a few potential capital improvement projects that are currently under review (and not yet approved by the Board), such as:

• Enhancements to Mita Plaza, including a permanent home for cornhole.
• Relocating the current Kiva bocce courts to a new location.
