In April 2025, we will be electing two Board of Directors. The Board is also working on:
- Developing our 2026 operating budget and targets.
- Conducting an annual evaluation of our committees.
- Continuing to improve upon our communication process via development of a potential resident council to supplement our advisory team.
In addition to ongoing maintenance of our property (e.g., landscaping, buildings/interiors, pools, roofs, roads, golf and V’s), there are several capital improvement projects underway and/or being planned as follows:

4. Mita Plaza Enhancements

1. Move Bocce to a new location at Kiva
2. Additional pickleball courts at Kiva
