Your Ideas Are Important to Us

Our process

When a resident sends an email to tavboardofdirectors@gmail.com, they receive an immediate automated response acknowledging receipt. Here is our process to handle those emails.


1. Jennifer Thommason (AAM Community Manager) reviews the submissions and filters based on content:

  • Handles within 24 hours; M-F, 7 am-3:30 pm
  • Takes care of inquiries like home paint colors, common landscape issues, and neighbor-to-neighbor complaints.
  • Committee-specific emails are forwarded to that committee for response.
  • Board-related emails are sent to each board member.


2. All Board emails received are recorded, a summary is provided quarterly to board members, and trends will be shown in the FAQ section on this site.


3. Status of responses back to residents are received and recorded.
